This is a math lesson "Sight Word" which I taught at AL Taqwa Kindergarten for KG 2 students. The important thing that I learned from my mistake is how to manage misbehave students

Describe
I chose this event because I did not see the teachers during six courses in T.P how to teach the sight word and I thought the sight word did not have a sound so nice to learn from our mistake.
I really did a great job in this lesson, Why? Because I prepare the whole lesson in Arabic and English as the school routine. Also the principle she came and she like my Activities a lot. I will practice more and watch the video if I do not have any information for a new lesson.
Analyze
I think this problem happen because I did not have enough knowledge about how to teach the sight word and I did not see any teacher taught the sight word lesson before.
Appraise
I learned from my event for next time, not things is difficult as a KG teacher we should used different strategies to teach young children.
How: For example, simple language and body language to teach the lesson.
Why: To deliver the lesson in a short time.
Transform
In my next teaching, make sure to practice and prepare for any lesson before delivering the lesson. Also, I ask Miss Rose some question before she observes me because I learned from my mistake.
Independent Experience(small group activity 2)
Sight word discovery bottle
Materials: bottle include rice and beans, sight word, A3 paper, color, markers
Students will shack each bottle to discover and find a sight word which in the bottle. (The bottle in order 1, 2, 3)
Try to read the sight word that you find to make a sentence.
Draw their favourite environment and write a sentence.
* The purpose of these activities knows and read the sight word.
There are free choice activities in the class to do when they finish their main tasks.
Independent Experience(small group activity
Material: flash cards, markers, colors, papers, cardboard, pointer.
The teacher will ask students to assessment their self by using the writing checklist sheet.
The teacher will review the sight word with the students by showing them the flash card and do the action with them to memorize the sight word easily. (Big > this, small > is, box > a)
Students will learn more the sight word by repeating after the teacher.
Splat games: Work with the teacher to splat the sight word that called. (This, is, a)
Ask each student: What word is this? - Formative
Read the environment book: each student will have their own book and point one to one by using a pointer. (Read a sight word in a sentence)
5- Each student will create a card and draw their favorite environment then write a sentence. Formative
Summative ask students to write an or is without copying
If they finish there are a free choice center in the class.

Independent Experience(small group activity 3)
Make a sentence with blocks.
Materials: A3 papers, colors, markers, flash cards, visual card.
Students will build/ make a sentence with blocks for each environment, which they work in.
Students will write and draw the environment, which they build.

Emerging group
Art centre Craft penguin and polar beer
Materials: Cotton, glue, color and 4 papers, color, plat, marker
Students will create a penguin or polar beer craft. (For letter p)
Then they will write a name of the animal. (In Arabic and English)
Pink group will create a penguin and write the word penguin
Blue group will create a polar beer and write letter p

Through observing them, I will ask them
What the first letter did you here?/ can you say the sound of letter P?
These activities are extra activity and free choice, students will learn better through hands-on activities.

Active Engagement – Quiz, Quiz trade (3 - 4 ) turns
We will play a game which is called “Quiz, Quiz trade” in this game each student hold a card of sight word which they learning about (this, is, a, and to word in Arabic.),
The teacher will play a music on and students will move around the class when the teacher stopped the music, students will find partner who close to them and ask each other: What is this? Then they will change the card.
