- Introducing the Sound:

 The teacher plays the phonic song to children and that through using data show , smart board and a computer and during the song, the teacher asks children to sing with her.

 

 - The teacher gives children a card including the letter” on one side and on the other side, a picture of   both a lion and lollipop. The teacher shows the card to the students and ask them to repeat with her”  “lions love lollipop L, L, L" and that with providing them with the picture of the card on the other side.

 

 - The teacher starts saying to children to say the letter “L” for example, say “L” to floor, say "L" to the wall “and asks them to repeat after her.

 

 - The teacher follows another policy is through hiding the card behind her back and then to ask students to say "L" if the teacher showed them the letter “L” and also says “lion love lollipop L,L,L “ in case of providing them with the other side .

 

 

- The teacher shows children the writing of the Letter “ L” through telling them to start from the above down the lollypop, stick and flick.

 

 - The teacher asks children to write the letter” L”and that through pointing to them to sharpening their pencil by their fingers .

The teacher plays the phonic song and manages children to listen and repeat.

 

- The teacher shows children the letter L on a card and on the other side the picture of the lion and the lollipop and then ask them to listen and repeat .

 

- The teacher sing, Lions love lollipop LLL and then children repeat with her.

 

 

- Introducing the Writing of the Sound:

The teacher explains how to write the letter”  she explained that while she was wring n up down the lollipop stick .

  

 

- The teacher asks children to copy the letter L in the air with their fingers

 

- The teacher asks students to turn to their classmates back and try to wr9ite the letter with their fingers.

 

 

 

Practicing Writing the Sound:

 

- The teacher divide the class into groups and tells students that they will practice the letter”

 

The teacher chooses some students to go to the  star fall program and directs the rest of the children to the other activities in other centers.

This method is effective where children learn the sound of the letters, words, and even its value in shaping the sound of the letter and also it is a good means for remembering.

 

 

 

The children become happy and find themselves repeat the sound and the song without any help an that makes them feel enjoyment.

The teacher used  multi-literacy including computer, data show or recorder. Data show was effective for children’s learning where they learnt well.
