The third week:

 

 

 

Sunday: I told the teacher that I wanted to develop my skills more and that included all the roles of the teacher and duty.Then, the teacher agreed on that and liked the idea.Even I did almost the roles of the teacher with her guidance.I also learned how to control on children.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Monday:  On that day, the English teacher was absent ( MST) I went to the second class KG2 F. They were taking a pattern lesson, and I said to the teacher that will sit with you in the focus group to learn how to assess the children. I learned that there is a  Peer /self-assessment and even that was done in the focus group where she managed to make two children evaluate each other. Also, the teamwork is evaluated according to how they communicate and collaborate with each other.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tuesday:  At the college where we had a presentation and group work.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wednesday: We explained the lesson, and after the active engagement, we sent the students to the centers.Then, the children were working in the corners, the principal and the school administration came to the class where I was working with a low group, and the Arabic teacher had the focus group, and the MST was absent. The principal complained about an activity by the Arabic teacher and blamed me for knowing how I can manage the program. I behaved quickly and brought some paper quickly including A3. I changed the activity. Then the principal told me to go with her to the office. She asked me about the activity and told me that I put the blame on you to make you not to use this activity for the future. I told her that I do not use this style as I use other things and I had other thoughts. She told me that she came to the class to evaluate me.

Thursday: I taught a lesson for my MST about sight words and told the teacher how she feels and gave me a feedback and showed me that there were some activities I should not do and use
